When you place an order, we estimate delivery dates based on the shipping options you choose.
We ship to almost any address! (However, certain products may not be sent abroad due to international restrictions.)
Shipping rates are based on how much the products weigh. We round up to the nearest pound to comply with the policies of most shipping companies.
Returns:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If a return is the result of our error, we will pay for the return shipping cost.
You will receive a refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (or less). This window includes transit time (5-10 business days), our processing time (3 -5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process a refund request (5-10 business days).
If you need to make a return, please contact us with your order number, product name(s), and reason(s) for the return, and we will respond with return instructions.
